Midtown Centre – 2022 The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence

AsheMorgan, along with our development partner DMANN Corporation, is honoured to be nominated as a finalist in 4 categories for the 2022 Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence:

  • Development of the Year – Urban Regeneration

  • Excellence in Design Innovation

Midtown Centre has set the benchmark in architecture, sustainability and innovative design and construction by merging two existing office towers, integrating the heritage building addressing Charlotte Street in a sensitive manner, emphasising the original heritage brickwork and building blueprint delivering ~45,000sqm of A-Grade office accommodation to the Brisbane market.

The methodology saved an estimated 11,000 tonnes of carbon emissions compared with demolishing the existing buildings – equivalent to running the building fully occupied, carbon-neutral for four years.

Winners will be announced at The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence Gala Night which will be held at The Star, Gold Coast on Thursday 4 August 2022.
